Terms of Service

WazzCRM, operated by KVSB Solutions.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of the WazzCRM platform (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account.
You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Send unsolicited messages, or messages that breach WhatsApp Business Platform policies or applicable communications law.
Send unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing content.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or connected third-party systems.
Resell or redistribute the Service without written agreement.

You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to contact your customers, and for complying with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) or equivalent law in your jurisdiction.

4. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta) and, optionally, Google Calendar. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policy decisions made by those providers.

The Google Calendar integration is optional and must be explicitly connected by an administrator. It can be disconnected at any time from Settings, or revoked from your Google Account permissions page. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you put into the Service. We process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or request deletion of your data as set out there.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” basis. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our reasonable control may interrupt access.

7. Fees and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period selected.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
We may suspend an account for non-payment or for breach of these Terms, after notice where practicable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in that period.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.
